Important quick reminders for season 2002 - 2003

1. Ringing scores and SCORERS in on a Sunday MUST be before 6.30pm - HOME TEAMS MUST RING scores in whilst this season an attempt to record scorers is beingtrialled.

This will rely on HOME and AWAY secretaries conveying the info to the contacts below regularly

2. REGISTRATION FORMS must be completed in full and can only be accepted up to MIDDAY FRIDAY. Unless the Executive consider circumstances exceptional this is not flexible in any way.

Registration fee is £5 per player and an SAE is required on each and every occasion when counterfoils are expected to be returned.

PLEASE NOTE If any of the form,money or SAE are missed then player will not be registered and if played, the game may be awarded to opponents.

3. LISTS General guide is

No more than two listed players can play for a team lower than those listed as - in the LEAGUE

For CUP games NO LISTED players may take part

Penalty for breaking this rule : AUTOMATIC GAME AWARD to opposition in Cup games DEDUCTION OF POINTS is a possibility wth fines for any competition.

4. HOME TEAM SECRETARIES must confirm game for coming Sunday no later than Thursday evening with both REFEREE and AWAY TEAM SECRETARY.

Any colour clash/change of location must be acknowledged at this point to avoid confusion on match day.
